Deviations
For the manufacture of our basketwork we use natural materials in manual labor, which can lead to dimensional and color variations. Fabrics and patterns are delivered sorted.

Prices
Our prices are set by the firm in Lichtenfels. They may vary in relation to changes in material costs or dollar value. The minimum order value is Euro 150,00. Additional costs for freight and packing will be charged except in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for orders of Euro 400,00 or more which are delivered free of these costs.

Delivery and claims for compensation
All deliveries are transported at the risk of the purchaser. The purchaser is obliged to check the delivery parcels immediately as to completeness and for any damages. Damages sustained in transit have to be confirmed on the spot by the transport agent, otherwise we cannot give compensation.

Reservation of title
All deliveries shall be made exclusively under extended and prolonged reservation of title. Until payment of all claims arising from the business relationship - including the cashing of checks - the ownership of the delivered goods remains with the seller. In the case of a current account, the reserved ownership shall serve as collateral for our balance claim.
In the event of seizure by other creditors or tax authorities, we must be notified immediately.
In the event of insolvency, the goods delivered by us and not yet paid for shall be subject to segregation in accordance with §47 Insolvenzordnung.

Important information about the surface treatment of our baskets
Our lacquer coats are without any heavy metals according to EN71. The baskets are suitable for food packing as they are in accordance with recommendations XXXVI resp. XIV of the Federal Health Ministry.
